Anthony Mina / Principal
Anthony is a lawyer with over 26 years’ experience. Since 1992 he has practised as a lawyer in New South Wales and advises in a range of areas including employment, industrial and commercial law.
Anthony has represented clients in a range of workplace-related litigation in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, District Court, Local Court, the New South Wales Industrial Relations Commission, the Administrative Decisions Tribunal, the Government and Related Employees Appeal Tribunal, the Australian Industrial Relations Commission and the Fair Work Commission.
In his early years of legal practice Anthony worked as a criminal prosecutor and later practiced as a lawyer in criminal law, civil litigation, commercial law and labour law in South Africa.
Anthony’s greatest satisfaction lies in helping clients navigate their way through difficulties in workplace matters to ensure they achieve positive outcomes.

Yvette Crittenden (Office Manager and Executive Assistant)
Yvette has been an Executive Assistant to the Principal for over 15 years. Yvette provides paralegal assistance by undertaking such activities as legal research, business searches and collating briefs to Counsel and other related activities in addition to organising and coordinating office operations and procedures.
