Anthony Mina / Principal

Anthony is a lawyer with over 26 years’ experience. Since 1992 he has practised as a lawyer in New South Wales and advises in a range of areas including employment, industrial and commercial law.

Anthony has represented clients in a range of workplace-related litigation in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, District Court, Local Court, the New South Wales Industrial Relations Commission, the Administrative Decisions Tribunal, the Government and Related Employees Appeal Tribunal and the Australian Industrial Relations Commission.

In his early years of legal practice Anthony worked as a criminal prosecutor and later practiced as a lawyer in criminal law, civil litigation, commercial law and labour law in South Africa.

Anthony’s greatest satisfaction lies in helping clients navigate their way through difficulties in workplace matters to ensure they achieve positive outcomes.

Emma Campbell / Solicitor

Emma is a solicitor with MLJ Lawyers. Emma began as a Law Clerk with MLJ Lawyers in October 2010 and has recently been admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

Emma has completed a Bachelor of Laws, Diploma of Legal Practice and Bachelor of Business (International Business). Emma works with the Principal on employment and commercial law matters including in relation to enterprise agreements, policy and procedure development, employment contracts and workplace investigations. Emma's interest in employment law is complemented by her previous experience in recruitment, selection and placement gained whilst working for a recruitment company for a number of years.

Kevin Morley / Workplace Consultant

Kevin Morley is a Workplace Consultant with MLJ Lawyers. He has extensive experience in Award and industrial legislation interpretation and wage entitlement and leave record audits.

Prior to joining MLJ Lawyers, Kevin’s extensive career with the NSW Department of Industrial Relations saw him elevated to Regional Manager for Northern NSW, where he was responsible for managing industrial inspectors, compliance and clerical support staff.

Kevin focuses on assisting employers to identify the correct Modern Awards that apply to their staff, to correctly pay staff entitlements and to get their wage and other employment records in order.
